Refund Policy
Overview We offer a 30-day return window for refunds and a 180-day warranty period for repairs or replacements.

Returns: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.

Warranty: You have 180 days after receiving your item to file a warranty claim for defects.
If the respective timeframes have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, repair, or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty Coverage & Technical Exclusions (180 Days) We warrant that under normal use, our products shall be substantially free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of receipt. However, due to the specialized nature of mining hardware, strict conditions apply.
The warranty is void (cancelled) if the defect is caused by:

Overclocking: Running the device at a higher clock rate than the nominal setting.

Environmental Factors: Operation in ambient temperatures outside 32-85°F (0-29°C), or immersion in oil, water, solvent, or dielectric fluid.

Modifications: Installation of 3rd party firmware, aftermarket cooling systems (inline fans, etc.), or hardware alterations (soldering, re-applying thermal paste).

Improper Use: Misuse, neglect, improper installation, or operation at voltages other than specified by the manufacturer.

Performance Variance: A computing product is deemed to operate within specifications if it performs within ±10% of the stated hashrate/performance.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items Certain situations and items are not covered by our return policy:

Items received more than 30 days ago.

Items with obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

Items returned because the buyer changed their mind, or is unable/unwilling to set up the device (incompatibility with buyer’s power/network).

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and Gift Cards.

Items where the buyer claims a defect but fails to provide video/image evidence or refuses remote assistance.

Notification: You must email us with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear video/pictures demonstrating the defect (if applicable).

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective Items (Under Warranty): If the item is confirmed defective by our team, we will cover the return shipping costs and the cost to ship the replacement back to you.

Non-Defective Returns: If you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g., changed mind within 30 days), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds & Restocking Fees Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Restocking Fee: A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to all returns of non-defective items returned in original condition. Used, damaged, or incomplete returns will incur a higher fee or may be rejected.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Currency: All our prices are denominated in US Dollars. Refunds are made in the USD value of the item at the time of purchase, irrespective of the fiat or digital currency used. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Order Cancellation Due to the fast processing of orders and the volatility of cryptocurrency hardware pricing:

Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing it or before the item has shipped, whichever comes first.

Fees: Payment processing fees (charged by banks/gateways) are generally non-refundable and will be deducted from the cancellation refund.

Pre-orders: Items marked as Pre-order or Backorder cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
